REFUND POLICY

At Scented by Savvy LLC, your satisfaction is important to me. This policy outlines the guidelines regarding refunds for fragrance consulting services.

1. Services Including Samples

Due to the personalized nature of consultations and the inclusion of valuable, hand-decanted fragrance samples, all sales for services that include physical samples are final and non-refundable. The effort involved in curating and preparing these bespoke samples, along with the unique nature of fragrance perception, means I cannot offer refunds once these services have been rendered or samples dispatched.

2. Other Services (Without Samples)

For select services that do not include the provision of physical fragrance samples, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All such requests must be submitted in writing to contact@scentedbysavvy.com and will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Scented by Savvy. Any decision regarding a refund for these services will be final.
