SHIPPING POLICY

​Thank you for choosing Scented by Savvy LLC for your fragrance consulting needs! While I don't sell physical products, some of my exclusive services include the shipment of curated perfume sample packs. Please review the shipping policy below.

Sample Pack Eligibility

Perfume sample packs are an integral part of select Scented by Savvy LLC consulting services. To ensure I provide you with the most personalized and relevant samples, your sample pack will be shipped only after you have completed all necessary questionnaires and provided me with the required information for your chosen service.

Processing and Shipping Time

Once all the necessary client information has been received and processed, your perfume sample pack will be prepared and shipped within 3 to 7 business days. Please note that "business days" exclude weekends and all major holidays.

Shipping Destinations

Scented by Savvy LLC currently ships perfume sample packs exclusively within the United States of America. I am unable to ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your sample pack has been dispatched. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your sample pack is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at contact@scentedbysavvy.com with your order details and any relevant photos of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
