Scented by Savvy provides personalized fragrance consulting services, including bespoke scent consultations, curated recommendations, and, for certain packages, exclusive hand-decanted fragrance samples.

2. Payment Terms

All service fees are due as specified at the time of booking or service agreement. Details regarding specific package pricing and payment schedules will be provided prior to service commencement.

3. Refund Policy

• Services Including Samples: Due to the bespoke nature of consultations and the inclusion of valuable, hand-decanted samples, all sales for services that include fragrance samples are final and non-refundable.

•  Other Services: For select services that do not include physical samples, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Scented by Savvy. Any decision regarding a refund for such services will be final.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for personalized recommendations. Timely communication and participation are essential for the successful delivery of my services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Scented by Savvy website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Scented by Savvy and protected by intellectual property laws. Content provided to you as part of a consultation (e.g., personalized fragrance guides) is for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

My services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. While I strive for excellence in my recommendations, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or individual satisfaction with fragrance choices, as scent perception is highly subjective.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scented by Savvy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of my website or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
